Good question! There are so many variables in this question that I will not be able to cover them all in one article. The basics to sealing pavers in Tampa are that the paver itself needs to be as clean as possible. Here in this post we are showing you how we correct pavers that are turning or have turned white. First, it starts with knowing when to take on a project like this or not. As much as we want to clean and seal pavers in Tampa and the surrounding areas, sometimes there is not a quick fix to such a complicated issue. Thus, reiterating the importance of having your pavers properly sealed. Once it is determined that we can do correct this issue within the client’s expectations, we begin with a deep clean and sometimes chemical stripping of the paver surface.

Third, is resealing them with a sealer that will work with the small amount of sealer that may be left behind after the deep cleaning and stripping process. Sometimes it is impossible to remove all the sealer. Through testing, this can be accomplished so the client knows what to expect.

Finally, to know how much of the new sealer will be necessary to accomplish the desired look comes from experience. There is not an instruction manual for this trade. There is a fine line in applying enough sealer to achieve the desired result, but not to much as cause adverse issues. The more that we do, the more valuable we become in the service that we offer.
