Do you want to paint your own garage floor coating?
How do you prepare the concrete garage floor that you are about to apply a nice epoxy floor coating on? You can do it yourself or you can hire this most important part of the process out. We use a commercial heated pressure cleaning machine to capture the water and waste that we produce. This allows the surface to dry much faster and able to accept your coating that much faster.
Most of us love to have a nice garage. Most of us guys would enjoy more time in our garage if it was more organized. I don’t think anyone can deny the huge difference in the look of a garage floor that is treated with some type coating as opposed to just a bare floor.
This is a pretty big market for the do it yourself crowd. Clean out the garage, clean it, and roll on the coating is the typical scenario. The key task in that last sentence is cleaning the floor. Just like most tasks that we do, the preparation is the MOST important.
We can do a deep steam clean using high pressure tools to acid wash the floor, deep steam clean it, and machine scrub it if necessary. This will prepare your surface for you to apply your coating of choice.
This process can be used in residential garage floor coatings or commercial concrete coatings. With an acid wash and deep heated pressure cleaning, your concrete surface could not be in a better condition to be coated.
